An AWS Bedrock agent that checks controlled SOPs against Visio process maps, with guardrails for evidence-backed findings.

~20 hours/week saved — client-reported

Business scope. Audits SOPs against Visio process maps covering $400M+ in sales, acquisitions, and government contracts.
Evidence before output. The LLM proposes findings; guardrails decide. Validated with 124 tests and 11 false-positive traps.
Client outcome. Built for a senior manufacturing executive to make document reviews faster and actionable.

Delivery notes

The approximately 20 hours saved per week are client-reported. The $400M+ figure describes the business activity covered by the audited documents.

Multi-tenant RAG platform

Designed and deployed a multi-tenant knowledge platform on Amazon Bedrock, with client-run onboarding.

Architecture to production. Owned the end-to-end design of a multi-tenant Amazon Bedrock knowledge platform—from a three-day PoC to production two weeks later.
A simpler client workflow. Reworked a planned knowledge-base editor into 15-minute client-run onboarding in one week.
Business-led decisions. Validated feasibility with the CEO, CRO, and COO; modeled onboarding and ongoing infrastructure costs.

Delivery notes

Estimated costs: ~$2.60 per onboarding and ~$20/month to run. These are cost-model estimates, not a claim about current billing.

Custom knowledge UI & RAG agent

A custom knowledge-base editor on Firebase Hosting and a RAG email agent on Cloud Run. The agent drafts; the planner reviews and sends.

3 weeks to production · ~57 hours/week saved, valued at ~$88k/year — conservative estimates

Build & evaluate. TypeScript retrieval and draft pipeline, a custom Firebase knowledge UI, and Cloud Run deployment. Releases gated by 44 golden and 27 adversarial cases.
Own the client relationship. Sole architect and client contact: SOW, weekly delivery meetings, four presentations, and nine feedback fixes closed in six days.
Leave a working operation. QA/QC and architecture docs, user guidance, four operations manuals, five budget guides, and migration into client-owned accounts.

Delivery notes

Hybrid retrieval runs locally with zero external embedding calls; PII redaction recall ≥0.96. Replies are drafted in ~1 minute and sent by a human. The ~57 hours/week and ~$88k/year value of saved time are conservative estimates for 20 planners handling ~850 emails/week. Projected running cost: USD $60–70/month. Moved the database, API key, and cloud project into client-owned accounts with zero redeploys or rebinds.

Designed the solution architecture for a multi-tenant AWS dermatology platform supporting 15+ clinics.

~CAD $38k/year in Shopify Plus costs eliminated — retired the Shopify Plus line

A buildable plan. Architecture, roadmap, cost model, and HIPAA / SOC 2 planning, with a clear readiness gate for the implementation builder.
Faster delivery. The builder reached readiness in 10 days against a four-week estimate; the cost model matched the actual bill within range.
